We stay in hotels all the time. This property was one of the best we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay for the week!!

The room lock was broken and the front desk said maintenance would fix it which never happened. The walls are paper thin and had to call the front desk at 10pm and again at 1am which didn’t help at all. They didn’t do anything about a bunch of teenage kids basically having a full WWE match on the entire 4th floor including the hallways and stairwells. DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend an extra $20-$50 and get a decent hotel and a good nights rest somewhere else.

Carpet is worn and stained. Bathroom door didn’t close. The bed made a noise as if it was about to collapse. The bathroom fixtures all need replacing as they are stained and dated. All doors have chipped paint. There appears to have been no action taken to care for the facilities at all. People who appeared to be homeless wandered through. English seems to be a second language. I’ve traveled in many places around the world and this is not above places in some of the most poor and remote places I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries. In those places, I expected the conditions and was glad to stay there. But I never expected such in this location. I will NEVER stay here again and will be careful to thoroughly check ratings on any potential Comfort Inn locations in the future. This place should be torn down.
