It was alittle weird by each door on our floor the carpet was messed up and looked like black and moldy , then we had a team mates room who was covered in black mold, they had to change rooms. So I’m sure y’all are working on getting that fixed. Other than that making us alittle concerned, for sure. We were pleased :)

Everything about the people running the hotel was excellent! The building itself was a little run-down with 1 out of two elevators broken for our entire 5 week stay. The other elevator was inoperative several times, and our room was on the 5th floor. The indoor pool is 3 feet deep and greenish... I wouldn't let my children in it. Other than those two items, I would give 5 stars.

Only 1 Elevator functions…..pray you don’t get a room on the 5th floor…it’s a 5-10 minute wait…. waste of time, just use the stairs. Carpet near the pool hallway is a trip hazard, needs to be replaced. Nice area, but hotel needs attention. Not clean or user friendly.

The floor was so slick with either humidity or wax, that if you dared walked barefoot, it felt disgusting. I would not recommend not wearing slippers or flipflops. The ac really didn't adjust well. Either too cold or too warm.

Just wanted to say that the woman who checked me in was extremely nice and professional. Really a good representative for your organization. The only downside was all of the treadmills were inoperative in the exercise room.
