I enjoyed my stay love staying at this hotel been there multiple times.. my only problem I had on this last trip is my first room. I had no hot water then I had to switch to another room. I had hot water that came from the faucet, but not the showerhead which caused me to have to take cold showers in the evening or have to fill up my tub with some warm water. I just hope that they have the water situation fixed before I come back. But other than that amazing place to say friendly down to earth all your needs are met

There wasn't any hot water during our 3 day stay. We got locked out of our room 2x. The breakfast was burnt. They double charged my card. I had to walk to Supercuts to wash my hair. I definitely will not be back to this location. It was horrible!

I have been given rooms already with some damaged ... The door hanging down, broken attachments, alarm dangling off wall, door won't lock properly, the air putting off an unusual smell. They have been busy though. But I have gotten the rooms in a roll. I report it ... But it is kind of alarming when they say no one else reported it. What do you think. I usually change the room.

Everything looks very old, not clean. I get conserving water with towels and bedding but at least come remove the trash and leave us another teeny tiny bar of soap, one roll of toilet paper and 2 coffee packets for 3 days! Second day we had no hot water until noon. Front desk staff looked half asleep or high? The manager was nice but only saw her once Cleaning staff was nice, but they clean by a list given to them Very very sad hotel
