Check-in time is posted on website as 3p. We had 2 rooms. One was not ready until 4p and the other was still being cleaned until 5p. It was clear the floor had not been vacuumed in the second room. It was a hectic week, I’m sure, with school vacation, but it wasn’t nice stepping on gravel from staff or previous guests. Other than peeking outside the door of our first room twice we did not rush the preparation of the second room.

The hotel was clean, check in was easy and the pool was clean. They even put out hot chocolate with the coffee for my son. My only complaint is that the bathroom door does not allow any privacy. There is no seal on the track, you can hear everything out in the room and it doesn’t lock.
