This is a subterranean appartment. The host, wife and toddler live upstairs. The host is very responsive to your needs and concerns. Neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping, Frederick and many civil war sites.

Weekend stay in Frederick

I rented this property for a three day weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Jose was great with communication, check in info and instructions. The accommodations were great in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants and downtown Frederick. I would recommend this location to anyone who is out of town and would book this again myself in the future.

Very Clean and Comfortable

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Very convenient to family nearby and well appointed with everything we need from linens to a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very soft, and we personally prefer a med/firm mattress. The host was available and very helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will likely stay here again during our future visits.

Close and comfortable

Clean & comfortable stay, very close to seminar I attended in Frederick and convenient for my folks to explore/sightsee. Jose was very helpful getting us oriented to the features of this basement apartment, later checked in to be sure everything was good, and very receptive to feedback about what else may be helpful for future comforts. There was a little activity overhead in the evening sometimes but nothing different than experienced elsewhere when in a downstairs apartment; it was quiet at night & we each slept well. Wifi worked great & full kitchen came in handy. Neighborhood is in the suburbs, safe (went for jogs there each morning & we walked on the sidewalks in the evening) & conveniently accessed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

It was a very nice place. Clean and the extra details made it special. They provided tea, coffee and other things which made you not feel you had to go out for breakfast. Everything was clean and very neat. I will refer anyone going to Frederick to stay there.

Cozy place
