I wish I could give a 0, not only did they charge our card so many times for incidentals and then keep passing it off to the next staff member on staff but treatment they gave when asking why the card was charged so many times was insane! I would never ever stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for shopping. Above all, the young man who checked us in was amazing - very friendly and welcoming. I watched him give a warm welcome to everyone when entered and show extreme patience with frustrated travelers. (Mario?) He’s a true gem!

The first room we checked into had AC that did not work. We moved to a new room that had a TV that didn’t work. The staff was great but it was late so we decided not to move a 2nd time.

Room not ready and had to wait for them to finish cleaning from prior occupant. Front desk gave me key and checked me in and when I got to room they were still in there. One of team pushed back a bit to let me in even tho I had the key. Person said room was being inspected. Inspector came out and said everything ready. Shower was moldy. Dishwasher kept beeping so I had to run a cycle. Next day housekeeping didn’t clean room. Following day went to use creamers provided and they were no longer liquid…curdled into solid blobs. Tile was coming off by sink. Plus noticed for handicap accessible room that shampoo,etc was across the shower from the seat so not sure how someone in a wheelchair would have been able to reach when seated in shower. Showed the pics to front desk at checkout and they asked me to email and said I would hear from management. Haven’t heard anything. Will not return

Immediately upon entering my room 118, it smelled like someone was smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. I went and told the front desk and was told that she had swapped someone else out of that room because they also complained of cigarette smoke. I was told that the hotel was sold out at that time and that she thinks someone in that corner of the hotel was smoking. There was no resolution given, not even offered to have housekeeping come reclean the room. The dishwasher also did not work. The bed was extremely soft and was dented in in the middle. Not a happy customer. I will not be staying here again.
