Key card did not work after the first day of my stay. Management could not provide me with one. Said somebody was using the machine necessary to program key. If the room was cleaned before my arrival at some point why was the sink not operating properly or the tub draining properly? I assume that both of these were cleaned and that water was run down them. The problem was evident

Needs Work

It's an okay place to stay, but it is in dire need of a remodeling. Was anxious about some loose wiring under one of the bedroom lamps. The bathroom fan is pretty useless, and there was lint inside the complimentary hair dryer. Breakfast didn't have much to talk about.

The young man that checked me in was wonderful! He was quick to help me out when I discovered some concerning issues later that evening. I was extremely disappointed to find some concerning conditions in my room. I only stayed at the hotel for one night instead of two. The lady at the front desk said I would only be charged for the second night if they couldn’t fill the room but changed later in the conversation to say that I wouldn’t be refunded because of their 24 hour cancellation policy, even with the major concerns that I shared. I won’t be back.

Use to be good

Had to have keycards redone 2times told them we were traveling with a service day yes a real one still got charged a pet fee. When I striped the bed as I always do there was fuzz and dirt under the bottom sheet. Always have a bottom floor was told there was none but they had empty rooms on first floor had to walk up 2 flights of stairs and halfway down the hall with 2 kids a bad ankle and all of our stuff. This place was better when Susan worked there but has gone down hill.

Our room didn’t have a remote control and the front desk staff worked hard to fix this. Also gave me an extra blanket right out of the dryer. She was super friendly and accommodating.
