Located in a quiet rural area, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Just 3 km from the charming town of Nerja and 4 km from Burriana Beach, you will have the perfect combination of tranquility and access to the best spots on the Costa del Sol. The fenced property guarantees privacy, with parking for several vehicles within the premises, providing extra convenience. It features a private pool (6m x 4m), two spacious terraces—one of them covered—where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a barbecue.

The interior is cozy and well-equipped. The living-dining room has a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV, creating the perfect space to relax. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with air conditioning: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, and a washing machine is also available for guests' use.

Lovely Villa, Nerja, Costa del Sol

Very nice well-kept 2 bed villa 5 minutes’ drive from Nerja, Costa del Sol. Pool, adequate for our family of 4 with polite and friendly keyholders. Clean, tidy & comfortable inside. TV, wi-fi (good signal all around the property). Kitchen & living space in a single room leading straight to the bathroom (shower) with one bedroom (2 single beds), the other (1 double) either side. Aircon for small additional fee. Good security, gated off-road parking, entrance “just” Ford Puma sized. Local roads (tracks) leading to the property are fun, steep, bendy with little room to pass, usual for this area… Oh! If you stay here look out for a friendly feline visitor in the evenings my daughter named him George. All-in-all we loved our stay at this property and are more than happy to recommended it 😊
