Cuenta con una gran terraza con solarium y mobiliario para disfrutar de agradables momentos mirando al mar, dos dormitorios dobles, baño adaptado para personas con problemas de movilidad, salón-comedor y cocina abierta. Esta zona cuenta además con aire acondicionado y calefacción, ya que es el punto central de la vivienda desde donde se distribuye el aire a las demás estancias.
