It is close to the Subway and there is convenient stores near. Also, they offer laundry facilities but there is only 3 machines and drying takes a bit of time. Other than that would stay here again.

A good stayover in Fukuoka

The hotel situates in city centre. Many tourist points can be reached within 30 minutes walk or 12 minutes by car. The room is small as expected but it is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but there's a few things that are not that great. There was no desk in my room, so it's difficult if you need to sit anywhere besides the bed. Also the carpet in the room is a bit old and dusty so be careful if you're sensitive to that. I wanted to forward my luggage to my next destination directly from the hotel (as it's usually possible), but since this hotel doesn't do pre-payment, I still had to haul my luggage to the airport and send it from there.

Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was covered each morning which was nice. Lots of free amenities. Rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but I'm sure most hotels are similar in Japan. Close to lots of shopping areas and transportation.

Fukuoka Trip

A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets.
