This delightful 134 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 7th floor and has a lift access.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are three bedrooms: the first has a king-size bed, the second has a double bed, and the third features a convertible bed that turns into two single beds.

Two bathrooms that have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and the stunning view of the sea.

Please note that parking is available near the tennis court, just a short walk from the property.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, is a picturesque city known for its stunning landscapes and rich culture. Nestled along the southern coast, it offers visitors lush botanical gardens, such as the Monte Palace, and charming streets lined with colourful buildings. The Mercado dos Lavradores is a must-see, offering local produce and traditional crafts.

The city is also renowned for its delicious cuisine, which includes fresh seafood and Madeiran specialities like Espada and bolo do caco. Funchal combines natural beauty with a vibrant atmosphere, offering activities like hiking, whale watching, and a lively nightlife, making it a perfect destination for relaxation and adventure.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There is private parking in the building.

The nearest bus station, APS Magnólia (lines 8, 45, 83), is a 58-meter walk away.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
