Honestly, it's hard to do a review because our issues were not directly related to the apartment. I'll start with the positives. It's a nice apartment, a tad outdated and the shower didn't drain super well, but the balcony and views are spectacular. We spent many hours outside. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bad news. I'll probably never stay in a GuestReady apartment again. The check-in process was a disaster. We confirmed arrival time well in advance and yet we still waited an hour for someone to arrive and let us in. I messaged the host continuously and they couldn't tell me what the issue was. It was hot and we had been traveling all day and no one could give me a good time of when someone would be there. Someone did eventually arrive - and he was very polite - but he said he'd never been to this location before and he couldn't answer any of our questions about the area/location/apartment. I was legitimately concerned we were being scammed and contacted VRBO for help. The nightmare with GuestReady continued as the parking spot description was not accurate and they kept telling me directions that did not line up with what we were seeing in person. I'm not even sure the person I talked to via the app had ever visited the apartment before. In the end, we just had to hope we were in the right spot. So, overall. The apartment is nice. Balcony is amazing. Good price, great location. But GuestReady was a nightmare.
