Situated on the 5th floor with elevator access, our charming apartment offers a comfortable and authentic Madeira experience. Whether you seek cultural richness or a tranquil escape, this property caters to various preferences, making it a highly recommended choice for a stay in Funchal.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads you onto a furnished balcony with a sea view, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are three bedrooms, two with a queen beds while the other one has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Martinho do Porto is a beautiful coastal town in the Silver Coast region of Portugal. It is a popular tourist destination known for its stunning bay, sandy beaches, and tranquil atmosphere. Its charming streets, traditional Portuguese architecture, and friendly community characterise it. It is a place where both locals and visitors can enjoy a relaxed and laid-back lifestyle.

The town's main attraction is the magnificent shell-shaped bay, which provides calm and safe waters for swimming and water activities. The beach is a favourite spot for families, sun-seekers, and water sports enthusiasts. It also offers a lovely promenade along the waterfront, where you can take strolls and enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay. Several cafes, bars, and restaurants along the promenade are perfect for indulging in the local cuisine and enjoying the sea breeze.

The town has a range of amenities, including shops, supermarkets, and markets where you can find fresh local produce and regional delicacies. There are also various recreational facilities and parks for outdoor activities and leisure. For nature lovers, São Martinho do beautiful landscapes and natural reserves surround Porto. The nearby Serra dos Mangues offers hiking trails and viewpoints overlooking the bay and the surrounding countryside.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, AV M Soares D2, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira International Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
