Walking into the hotel, the lobby was bright and clean. The smell of orange scented cleaning solution was strong but not overwhelming. When checking in, the receptionist informed me that I owed a ‘hotel service fee’ that was not included in my online charge. I told him that I would not pay this fee and to cancel my reservation; I would go next door to the Holiday Inn (they share a parking lot) if the hotl was going to charge me this additional ‘hotel service fee’. He changed his mind and decided not to charge me this hotel service fee. When the elevator door open to the room floor, we were greet with dogs barking.

This property has been around for several years now and now shows it's age. Nothing terrible, but it could use some upgrades and spot repairs here and there. Mostly, the staff was not friendly nor really helpful. Thankfully, I didn't need them for much other than check-in.

I got a big sutie spent way to much money there was a dog trud in room and roaches the late nite man was very very rude i got coming in for my father's funeral so my brothers had stop by and my mother thera was no blow dryer in the room man came out screaming at me say i stole it the ppl were very very very rude
