Staff were courteous and professional. Springhill Suite Galveston needs long overdue renovations… windows and walls are thin extremely noisy from the streets. Also very strong unbearable smell causing allergies so i had to sleep in my car on the first night and find another hotel the next day. Expedia found it necessary as third-party to charge a nights stay however Springhill Suites, rightfully did not charge me a dime. Thankfully, remaining nights were refunded. First and last, certainly will not reserve through Expedia again.

The front desk people were awesome very helpful and it's very clean the only thing I have to complain about is the construction when they were standing the wall white stuff got all over our car but other than that it was an excellent day

Our bathroom toilet didn't really work. Room needed better cleaning. There was popcorn not cleaned up. The hind a bed was uncomfortable. There was no blanket for it.

Is a small hotel with average amenities but I far I stay everything was fine except that the matrix need an update they were soft and old I could sleep well even the sofa bed, my kids felt uncomfortable but bred fast was good, a lots of fruit and many options Pool is too small but good enough for my kids

For Springhill Suites, this was one of the least kept locations I've stayed at. Bathrooms were rusty, wallpaper peeling, handles and tub dirty and outdated. Not atrocious but expected better.
