This was a great hotel. We went to the spa and the massage therapists were excellent and the facilities were well maintained. The room was very comfortable, large, quiet and clean. The location is a few minutes by taxi to the main part of Galway or a 25 minute walk. It was not an inconvenience at all. The staff were very friendly.

Had a really lovely stay at G Hotel. Rooms were large and had everything we needed and more. The lounge areas and restaurant are quite pretty and newly updated. The room itself was also recently updated. We enjoyed the deep soaking tub and bath salts. The beds, pillows, and linens were all very comfy. It’s a bit outside the downtown - a quick cab ride. The hallways were a bit dated but there is a sign saying they know and are working on updates. Overall pleased and would stay here again.

The Staff are fantastic. The Spa is really nice and relaxing. My son ordered wings on the second night and to our horror one of the wings had been partially eaten…my son asked me if I was playing a joke on him putting it back but I immediately got one of the managers to make him aware of this. To my disappointment, he said he would get us another basket and that he would “have a word with the kitchen”. My son declined the offer of another order of wings as the whole incident had made him lose his appetite. We were disappointed to see that the wings were not removed from the bill even though most of them were not eaten.

I loved this hotel. The staff at reception were helpful, the hotel was in immaculate condition, the rooms were large with a deep soaker rub and seperate rain shower, the bed was comfortable and the dining options were plentiful. Great atmosphere. If I'm ever back in Galway, this is where I'm staying.

Way above expectations!

Great stay. Staff super friendly and courteous. Rooms was in perfect condition and bigger than expected. ESPA products are very high end and the extra perks of Chocolates, Tattoo and free of charge water was a really nice touch. Breakfast was again above expectations and the staff were excellent.
