Unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, open year round. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your home cooked creation or with such ideal location you can go out on the town for a great dinner. - Bears are dangerous
- The hot tub is a great place to relax. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No late check out.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Please purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that may keep you from being able to come or stay the entirety of your trip.

- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided
- No fires inside or out (except for the charcoal grill).
