Can’t use the Gym if you’re in the apartment. The spa is chargeable and you have to book. I emailed the hotel twice before arriving asking about the Spa. They never responded. I found the staff in general very miserable and didn’t seem interested / seemed bored. The air con in the room is set to 20 degrees. I found the room to be really cold. I paid for breakfast which was average. Good location for bars. Room itself was lovely and spacious and super clean. Lovely view. Bath only in this room so you’d have to use hand shower in the bath

The check-in experience was underwhelming - the wait was quite long and none of the staff acknowledged my presence. They were friendly when I eventually got to speak to them though, to be fair. The room was fine, bathroom being the best bit, well fitted and cosy. Had to report the iron and the garment steamer - they looked and sounded hazardous and didn't work properly so I couldn't use them. Also - I booked a standard room but they said there was an extra fee if I wanted to use the spa/pool (and even if you pay you can only use it fo 90 mins) which was a disappointment and made me feel like I was a less valued guest just because my single room cost a tiny bit less than the luxury ones. I think you should re-think your strategy there, Radisson. Overall good as the location is great. I did consider getting breakfast there but after the spa situation decided not to go for it and pay them extra as I just preferred to eat in town. A mixed bag.

I have stayed in this Radisson Hotel many times before and I was not disappointed this time too. It is a great place to stay and fully enjoy beautiful Gdansk Old Town. You cannot find a better location than this one. Service is great, good breakfast selection. Highly recommend.

Probably wouldn’t book a revisit

Entrance is a bit forbidding and uninviting - down a “back road”. We had requested double bed, but given a twin. Mattress very firm / hard. AC was not working, but was fixed by engineer after we reported it. No direct access from reception side to riverside and lounge bar - it’s through the dining room, which has entrance control. Reasonable price, good lifts / elevators. An easy, five minute walk, to old town.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great location, just in the centre of old town. Comfortable bed and soundproof walls. Very good range of different food for breakfast. Polite staff. Standard rooms have no free access to the pool that is not transparent when booking. Overall recommend.

Location is perfect, lobby is beautiful. Very clean. Rooms are comfortable and quiet as long as people don't walk in the corridor. Reverberates a lot. Negative, I turned up after midnight. I was told there was a 24/7 reception desk. I waited outside over 20 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the reception. Nobody came or answered. We finally got in once a tourist got in with his pass. We then had to wait another 20 minutes as they were checking in someone who had booked in last minute. not impressive as I specifically chose somewhere with a 24/7 receptionist and was considering sleeping on the floor with my 12 years old. Despite the location, I wouldn't go back.

Good location in the midst of the Old Town. Facilities are a bit old and our room was noisy from the street down below. Gym was very basic and small. Breakfast was a fairly good buffet, no Chef on site (must order through waiters). Loved the restaurant around the corner, Woosabi (Asian Buns & Bowls)
