Die Schlüselbox funktioniert gut, das Kissen ist etwas gross, die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Wasserkocher und 1,2 Beutel Tee und löslicher Kaffee wären noch toll gewesen auf dem Zimmer. Ansonsten alles gut. Zum Personal können wir noch nichts sagen, da wir dieses noch nicht gesehen haben. Das mit der Schlüsselbox und der SMS mit dem Code ein Tag vorher hat aber gut geklappt.

Zufriedenstellendes Hotel, Downgrade beim Zimmer

+ Solide 3 Sterne Qualität, geräumige, saubere Zimmer, kostenfreie Parkplätze - Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick gebucht, aber Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Hinterhof-Blick zur Straße bekommen. Trotz monatelanger Vorausbuchung und früher Anreise. Lapidare Entschuldigung.
