Clean and could be nice but couldn't watch the TV as internet was too slow and even after getting assistance, still didnt work. Also we got 2 rooms and the fan on the heater was broken and loud so had to relocate to another room.

Rude staff at check out. How dare we complain that their plumbing doesn't work and we could not bathe during our trip. Pretty sure employees are using drugs in the rooms while they're supposed to be cleaning them. Would not ever consider staying here again and would highly discourage anyone from considering this overpriced nightmare of a hotel.

This property is in serious disrepair. Don't stay here if you need a shower. They must be making repairs to their plumbing. We could not bathe during our stay. Staff is generally rude except for the gal that checked us in originally. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend to anyone traveling with children especially.

I love the western feel of this hotel. Staff are amazing and the hotel is fairly clean overall. Breakfast was not the hottest, however according to my kiddos, the fountain soda made up for it!

Great place. Exceeded expectations.

Great place to stay. We travel frequently for sports. The place was clean, had spacious rooms, nice sized pool area, and one of the best breakfasts of all the places we've stayed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Gillette.
