The evening staff that checked me in was fantastic I believe his name was Robert. The morning staff was sporadic. I believe I had two or three different people that I dealt with at the front desk and seemed indifferent or abrupt with my concerns.

Shower pressure was dismal. This looked like a new building so I don’t get how the shower could be so bad. No property can be “excellent” with low shower pressure. Internet connection also wouldn’t stay connected - same behavior on Mac and iPhone which was strange for hotel WiFi. Normally it’s a non issue for me.
