Comfortable, Quiet and Relaxing

Very comfortable and relaxing stay, surprisingly quiet given the location. Only one lift was working but didnt cause too much hassle- overall very happy.

The exclusive bar was a little different, but a couple of hours of drinks is worth it. Great location close to the train station and right by the airport shuttle bus stop. No complaints

The hotel was cute. Really awesome pub next door. The room perks were great. I'd say the only minus one this property is the closest roads that go by the hotel are taxi and bus only until a certain point at night. I only found this out from a local, otherwise I might have tried to drive there, which would have been impossible. Not even sure where I would have parked.

Excellent stay. While perhaps not the most modern feeling hotel it is clean, well run, well kept and in a fantastic location seconds from Queen Street Train Station.

I had to pick hairs out of the bath before I could run a bath for myself, not pleasant. I then discovered I had three itchy bites the next day, which I can only assume were bed bugs. I emailed the hotel straight away and they didn’t even bother replying.

Our bed was amazing and ver comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. The floor however had bits under the desk. Patrick was very helpful and gave us lots of information, very polite.
