The staff from reception desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping were all excellent, helpful, friendly during my whole stay. Two key staff were brilliant, Anton - he was friendly, approachable and gave hints and tips of places to see and go as a newbie in Glasgow. Also, the lady (sorry forgot her name) who accommodated me with a conference room for my job interview.

We really liked the location of this hotel. The rooms were very current, with lots of plugs for our electronics. The lighting and shades were fun to control with the iPad. The availability of food and drink on the 1st floor was super convenient. The rooms are very small, so just be prepared for that. The sick was tiny, so a little hard to use. Still a great place, but it was tight for two adults.

A modern, clean hotel, with friendly staff and well layed out rooms. The bed was really comfy and the shower was lovely. It would have been lovely to have tea/kettle option in the room, but other than that, the hotel was great. The bar was spacious and the communal spaces were lovely. It was well located and within easy reach of shops and stations.

Unique experience for me. Facilities in room controlled from an ipad so if not comfortable with technology, think twice. Bed layout unusual but comfortable. Excellent shower in room if in an unusual layout. Great location. Must highlight Anton and especially Victoria for their service. Excellent!! Their service alone would make me recommend the place. Only negative is the control of and content of TV. No BBC 1 , 2 or STV.
