This house is the perfect location in Flagstaff whether you're doing some local sight-seeing or traveling to nearby must sees, such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, Jerome, or Williams. It's just a short walk to the main Downtown area of Flagstaff which boasts many bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. The home is located right off of Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), which is designated as the San Francisco Peaks Scenic Road. This will take you to the entrance of Snow Bowl Road in just 6 miles, so you don't have far to travel if you're looking to hike one of the many urban trails in the summer, take in the changing colors of the leaves in the fall, or ski/snowboard in the winter months. Keep going another 70 miles and you'll soon be at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, just about an hour and 20-minute drive.
