SISÄLLÄ

Starboard Quarters on pääosasto historiallisessa Harbourfront Condominium -rakennuksessa, ja se ulottuu kolmeen kerrokseen. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on pesula, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Pään portaita ylöspäin ja sinut toivotetaan tervetulleeksi kauniisiin keittiö-, ruokailu- ja oleskelutila-alueisiin. On suuri liukusäädin, joka johtaa kannen ympärille käärittämiseen. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on olohuoneet ja yksi kylpyhuone. Huoneisto on varustettu SONOS-kaiuttimilla myös nautintoa varten.


ULKOTILA

Tässä päätyhuoneistossa ei ole yksi, vaan kaksi tilavaa kannet. Yksi kansi on iso kääre, joka sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen ja grillaukseen. Yläkerra on heti makuuhuoneessa ja siinä on ylellinen ruokapöytä 6: lle. Nämä kannet ovat hienoja katsomassa öistä musiikillista suihkulähdeesitystä ja lomailotulitusta!

Pysäköinti: Sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia pysäköintialueen löytämisestä, koska autotallissa on 1 tiskille kiinnitetty autotalli ja 2 ylimääräistä pysäköintipaikkaa.

Great Stay in a Great Location

My family had a great stay at Starboard Quarters during our stay in Grand Haven. Location is a 2-3 minute walk to the restaurants in downtown Grand Haven. Very convenient for the family to walk to. Accommodations were very clean and suited our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for a family of 4-5 to stay.

Condo near Chinook Pier

Our family of 5 rented this condo for Memorial Day weekend. The location was great with enough parking for all of us. The outdoor deck is large and a great space. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the unit and the views. The outside decks were spacious, and the furniture carefully selected for maximum flexibility.Third floor bedrooms each had a fan, and the furnace did a remarkable job at keeping these areas comfortable.Nice sized unit and there is enough storage space if you are creative.The unit is far better provisioned that their marketing literature would lead you to believe.We had a wonderful stay.

The Grand was our favorite place to go for tasty breakfast and supper with cocktails and house music. You can see the nearby mountaintop light , water, and music show from your home balcony at night. We had a personal travel blip and management of this condo handled it beautifully. Highly recommend this rental!

There were a lot of spiders and mosquitoes in the house. It felt like we were always chasing a bug every time we were home relaxing. While wiping up a spill on day one, we noticed that the floors were fairly dirty. Other than that, we had a great stay and would rent again (hopefully the bug situation gets remedied).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and proximity to town was awesome but all the added fees were outrageous. The unit was not very clean (with the extra $160 cleaning fee you have to pay it should be!). It was also not stocked with basics like toilet paper, soap and a blow dryer. We will not stay with unsalted vacations again.

Was easy access and well kept, stairs would be difficult on elderly, some road noise. Walking distance to everything, convenient parking too.

Very Clean!

The condo was very clean, well designed, fully stocked, and was in a great location! I loved garage, was very nice to leave stroller in there after walks. Also, we were able to watch the musical fountain from the upper deck every night. I would absolutely rent this condo again!

Great getaway

Great location to shops, restaurants, and the water. The place had everything you could ask for with great views. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with the kids playing games. We will definitely come back!

Great Corner Unit

This condo was great, well-appointed, stylish, and clean. We enjoyed using the Sonos speakers, the two decks, view of the river, proximity to the farmer's market, and so much more. Location was great, we walked to the river, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. Also, the well-stocked spacious kitchen made cooking enjoyable

Family weekend

We stayed here in the off season just to get away for a few days. The condo was beautiful and clean. The Netflix account helped at night and during rainy periods. It’s close to the beach and shopping. We’d love to come back in the summer sometime to get the full experience. Definitely recommend!!

It is close to the main street in Grand Haven. You can walk to it very easily. The beach is over a mile away. The condo has everything you need. We had a family of five so the one shower made the morning a little longer. The sofa bed is terrible to sleep on and the bedding did not fit it. Otherwise, we had no problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in GH for at least ten years and this condo is definitely one we would love to rent again. It was very clean, comfortable beds, very functional as far as layout for a smaller condo. The balconies really make this place- so much extra room to spread out outside. The location is great for walking to town but also having a quiet place to come back to. The condo itself seems soundproof - we heard nothing from the neighbors nextdoor. The road out front however can be very noisy- lots of traffic with loud cars. Check in and out were easy. We had 2 minor maintenance issues- one was quickly addressed (the maintenance guy Andy is wonderful) and the other was not addressed before we left. We have rented with unsalted before so we knew that amenities are much less than you would expect with rentals so we were prepared- but bring your own kitchen and hand towels (none are provided) and your own liquid hand soap (a very tiny round bar is provided). Otherwise this condo is very well stocked and we would highly recommend staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here during a COVID-era visit to my hometown to visit my parents and play tourist. The location is perfect, across the street from Chinook Pier mini-golf, right at the edge of the Boardwalk and a block from downtown. The condo was very well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. It's a great space, with two bedrooms tucked on the third floor and the rest of the space dedicated to living. Being in a resort town, you can't underestimate the use you'll get out of the two decks, including the one that wraps around the side of this end unit. The second-floor deck is quite spacious and perfect if you need to social distance. The third floor deck is great for a drink and conversation as you watch the sunset or call it a night. Then you can add to this fantastic customer service from Unsalted Vacations. They were in contact from the start to make sure all is well. Then, when a tiny issue arose with one of the condo's amenities, they were super responsive. I was texting directly with the owner who was trying to find a time that worked with our schedule to correct the minor issue. It was a great rental experience in every way. Zero complaints.
