I would stay again.

The hotel was great. The staff was pleasant and the hotel isn't to big or to small and the room was comfortable and nice. I especially like that the bathroom has a standard size toilet not a small one that most hotels have.

A very convenient small hotel near the Battleground/Cornwallis intersection. Several restaurants are nearby, with a few of them in walking distance. The staff is very friendly the rooms are modern and clean.

Nice hotel

I’ve stayed at the Denim a few times over the last several years. It’s still a nice comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff. Offers coffee and a few items for breakfast. The only thing I felt needs some attention is the shower. Needs updating.

The vibe of the hotel was cool. The gentleman who ran the front desk, when we arrived, offered fantastic customer service. When I checked the bathroom, there was a climb of hair on a bandaid. Gross. The following day, when we went to check out, there was a Taco Bell bag on the beer tap. I assume the guy sitting in the entryway was the night cashier. He didn’t speak to us. As we loaded out car, at 6:15 a.m., I noticed the security guard sleeping in his car. We were told breakfast and coffee would be available at 6:00. We planned on leaving by 6:20/6:30. No breakfast. No coffee was out at 6:15. A lady, I assume an employee, walked in as we were walking out to load the car. When we came back in, we walked around the first floor, looking for breakfast. She went behind the counter and told us she could get breakfast ready in a few minutes. She didn’t have a name tag on, or anything to indicate she worked there. We booked here because it included food. We had to leave to make it back for a meeting, so couldn’t wait around.

I have stayed at this property in the past and it was good but this time I was very disappointed. Our bathroom was not clean the shower was still dirty & the floor still had hair. All of our towels that were folded in the bathroom still had hairs in them. When I asked for new ones, I was spoken down to. It seemed like we were inconvenience. We were only greeted one time when we went in and out of the hotel. I was excited to take my husband to NC to see the area but was very disappointed how we were treated at this hotel.
