The bedsheets were dirty. It took nearly an hour before someone came up to change them. All the bathroom towels were dirty with stained.

Tried two rooms first one had not been cleaned bed thrown all over pizza boxes sitting all over stunk of smoke second room flipped sheets it was dirty and had been slep in a room key on counter someone could come back a horrible experience that I have never seen in my lifetime the clerk tried to help said manager would have to give refund on Saturday haven’t got a text yet if don’t have by Monday I will be making legal contact

we drove 15 hours, checking in was really good the young lady at the front desk was really nice welcoming and very sweet, when we got to our room it was very disappointing, blow drier didn't work went to front desk to let them know they said they would change it in 5 minutes they never came in to replace ,,bathtub was dirty, towels were dingy and yellowish, floor in bath room was very sticky, front door lock wasn't locking all the way. .Not planning on staying there again. (:

Reception Staff was welcoming and accomodating, switching to another room when I complained about foul bleach odor from the original room. However, the other room also had a foul smell even though it was not as strong as the first room

The young lady that checked us in was amazing, even went to check on our dog when we went to dinner. Lobby was clean. Booked 3 rooms and all of them smelled moldy and horrible. Glass doors in shower hadnt been cleaned and covered in soap scum. Beds are very soft and dipped in the middle. Carpet was tore at edges, felt dirty and still had cracker crumbs from previous guest.

Good room

Good room for the price. Breakfast was good. Missing the alarm clock, toilet paper holder & 1 pillow. Housekeeping needs to take inventory & pay attention to those details. My other family member’s rooms had those items.

Great staff!! Super nice and helpful. Room was fine, a little older but not bad. Sink didn’t stop running but was not an issue. Shower wasn’t used. Didn’t have any tissue in room when we arrived but requested and got it super quickly!! Would stay again!

The property was very dirty and smelled of mildew and weed. When we arrived we were giving two dirty rooms before they found a clean one for us. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and all bedding and towels had yellow stains on them. We left our reservation early because of how dirty this hotel was. Only reason i gave it a two was because the staff was friendly.
