We have stayed here on many occasions. The suites are so convenient, parking is easy and staff are friendly. It has been a while since our last stay and we were saddened to see it in such rough condition. Our room wasn’t cleaned well with sticky rings on the desk and the carpet was sticky to the point we didn't take our shoes off. The hallway by the elevators the wallpaper is shrugging off the walls where the walls have sunk. It is dire time for a renovation at this property.

Room was clean, they called shortly after arrival to make sure that we had everything we needed. Hot tub was dated and the jets hardly worked but it was clean. Would have been nice if there was more than just the bathroom mirror since there were 3 of us in the room.
