Hotel felt new as did the room. It was very good. The bar was pleasent although for one of our two nights we were not allowed in because of a private function. The hotel is in the perfect location, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station and close enough to the centre of Hamburg. Some great restaurants close by that you may not come across unless you use a Hamburg guide book like Lonely Planet.

The staff was friendly, gracious and helpful. The food choices at breakfast were excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location is convenient to the city center and the train station. A clean room awaited us each day. Thank you.

Good looking hotel, in an excellent location- just far away enough from the business of the station. Rooms were excellent, included free mineral water, and coffee pod machine; bar area good too. Rooms well insulated from noise outside, though air con was weak. However, staff would ignore you, didn't say good morning, or even hello as you walked past. I did like the bar, but drinks frequently went off; sometimes table service, sometimes you went to the bar yourself. Otherwise I would recommend.

VERY convenient location for busses, trains, metro and walking to Old Town sights. Hotel is nice though no amenities stand out. They do have a restaurant and bar if needed but plenty of nearby places to eat or drink at. You can rent bikes also. Good value .. especially if you are touring the city.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel It is relatively new, located very centrally in Hamburg. I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast and the room was good (A room with two single beds. The beds were on the small side and if you are taller then you might find them too short.) Most of the staff were friendly/helpful. I dined in the hotel 3 times because I needed to work. I would say the food was better than average, what I had was different and nice. However, on the first night I was told that there would be no food although I persuaded them to give me a Mysa Sandwich (good). On the second night I was told no food because there was a party on (when I complained I was told I could have the cold buffer at 35Euro) on the third night all was good. The time I went to dinner was 19:45 each night - so not really an extreme time.
