A Perfect Stay.

The hotel is in a quiet area of the city. I found the kitchen area very useful. The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and hospitality. There are shops close by and public transport links.

This place worked great for our stay. Although it’s outside the city center, the 10-minute walk to the metro made getting around very easy. There’s a grocery store, pastry shop, Greek restaurant, and beauty supply store just around the corner, which was very convenient. We usually eat breakfast and dinner in, so a slightly better stocked kitchen would have been helpful — a toaster and a sharp knife would make a big difference. The staff was kind and helpful, and we appreciated having laundry on the ground floor (5 washers and 5 dryers), though it costs 2 euros per wash and 2 euros per dry. The layout was spacious and comfortable overall. The bed was a bit firm for our taste, but the comforters were warm and cozy, and there was plenty of hot water. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

有人のフロントが無く人件費をかけないシステムなので、裏のスタッフルームには人がいるようではあるが、即時的な対応は期待できない。今は設備が新しいため比較的快適でサービスの悪さを許容できるが、その割には宿泊料金が安くは無い。 エアコンは自由な温度設定ができず、効きが悪く寒い時がしばしばあった。 キッチンには小さなナイフしか無く、塩胡椒も無い。少しでも調理をするつもりならば、あらかじめ持参しないと、一から買って来ることになる。 キッチンにコーヒーメーカーが置いてあるものの、15泊の滞在中、カプセルは初日と2回目の掃除時に2個ずつしかもらえなかった。そこまでケチるのであれば、狭いキッチンのスペースを塞ぐだけのコーヒーメーカーは無い方がマシだと思った。 掃除は宿泊4日目と12日目に、ドアをノックした後こちらの返事を待たずにいきなり開けて入って来た。一定の日数間隔や決まった曜日に来るでもなく、どういうタイミングで来るのか不明なので恐怖に近い感覚だった。 タオルやトイレットペーパーなどの消耗品はストレージルームから自由に持って行くことができるが、補充が追いついていないため必要な時に必要な物があるとは限らない。特に食洗器用のキューブが全く補充されず、チャットでリクエストしてもAIが「すぐにスタッフに伝えて対応させます」と回答するものの実際は丸一日以上経過しても全く対応されず無意味。 一方で、こちらが備え付けのお皿を割ってしまったことを伝えた時には即時に請求書が送られて来た。 ロビーのコーヒーマシンが使用不可だったり、同じくロビーに設置されている自動販売機は中身が空っぽで運用が始まっていない。充分に準備ができていないまま営業を開始したように見える。 滞在中に２回、非常アラームが作動したため避難したが、消防車が来てしばらくして帰って行ったものの、ホテルからは何のアナウンスも説明も無かった。ホテルを出たすぐ外では、避難した客が何人もたばこを吸っていた。消防車が4台駆けつけている横で平気でたばこを吸う客の多さに、非常ベルが頻繁に作動する理由が分かった気がした。 夜間もホテルの玄関ドアのすぐ前にたむろしてたばこを吸っている人達が何人もいるので、セキュリティに問題があると感じた。

Leider war der Müll in der Küche noch komplett voll von den Gästen vor uns. Der Kühlschrank und die Bettwäsche waren leider auch nicht richtig sauber. Den Müll haben wir dann selbst einem Mitarbeiter gegeben, die Bettwäsche wurde auf unsere Bitte hin gewechselt aber der Kühlschrank blieb leider dreckig. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war jedoch gut!

Appartmenthaus ist neu. Alles läuft digital, aber das ist praktisch und nicht störend. Vom Design, gerade in den Gängen wirkt es etwas steril. Die Lobby ist schön. Die Zimmer praktisch und wertig eingerichtet mit Grohe Armaturen und guter Küchenzeile. Das Bett ist für 2 etwas klein. Den Stadtteil Hamm fand ich jetzt nicht so toll, aber auch nicht gefährlich. Viele Mehrfamilienhausriegel, aber keine Hochhäuser. Zimmer war schön ruhig. Total praktisch ist ein langes geöffneter Rewe und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit der U2, ca 5min zu Fuss.
