HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights but we checked out after 1st night and found MUCH better hotel for almost same price. People hanging out drinking beer and talking with front desk clerk when we checked out. The front desk lady was not willing to listen/resolve our situation when we checked out and we left extremely frustrated….I’m sure we’ll never be refunded for the 2nd night.

The room was a disater. The window shades didnt work as we had to manually pull them up and down and roll them into the side of the window to stay open. The shower made a loud noise when in use, and although i didnt ask for a handicapped accessible room they privided one with a rusty bench at the bottom amd a dirty bathtub floor. We asked to change rooms twice, and on the second request I was ignored. I have pictures and video upon request and I am escalating to their corporate.

We could hear water running through the wall all night so we didn't sleep well. Next morning the toilet was clogged and we went ask the front desk for a plunger they did not have one and said they were send house keeping. No one showed up before we had to check out. We had to go down stairs to use the bathroom. We won't be staying there ever again
