This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.

My stay was generally good, but there are a few issues worth mentioning. The key card easily lost its function if kept next to a phone, which was inconvenient. The soundproofing at night wasn’t great, and I could hear some noise from outside. Also, the front entrance on the first floor was often left open at night, letting in wind. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Dont know about all the rooms in this place but the one we got for a week was like living in a third world country, realy old bathrooms, toilet was sitting on a piece of plywood screwed on the floor, ive seen better looking furniture thrown in the garbage, very uncomfortible to sit on a small efford in the kitchen with newer cabinets but the rest of the place looks like it was never updated, not sure when it was first build but ilm say maybe in the seventies, late August for one week 3 grand plus, will never recomend it

There were several broken fixtures in the room,the door of the freezer was broken. The bulb in the bathroom vanity was out. The doors of all the rooms needed to be cleaned. There were holes in the screens of the windows.

Beautiful Berkshire relaxation!

From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay!
