Great Hanoi old town and central hotel. The standout has to be the staff who were all pretty incredible. I don't think I've ever felt so at home in a hotel. Pretty much everything you'd want to see in central Hanoi is in walking distance with the hotel facing out directly on to one of the city lakes. Market/night market, shops, bars and restaurants are minutes away whilst the hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar.

The location is perfect and the staff is outstanding. There's also a very nice rooftop bar overlooking the lake. It was perfect for our stay in Hanoi. Special shout-out to Jennie, who was very sweet and went above and beyond for us. While we were eating at the restaurant, she stopped by our table to check on us. My wife casually mentioned we were on a big trip for her birthday. 2 minutes later, the staff brought out a cake and sang her happy birthday. And she even gave my wife a small gift. It was so nice!

I valued the staff's help during the stay. Even in the end, they helped me get my taxi half a block from the hotel because the street was closed by the local government. The neighborhood is very entertaining and walkable. I had a great stay at the hotel facilities.

This was a last-minute booking.  Our original plan was to take a cruise on Ha Long Bay, which was canceled due to the weather.  We booked the cheapest available room and came back to the hotel.  They welcomed us back with open arms and even upgraded our booking to match our first booking.  This was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience due to our canceled cruise.

Good location, good breakfast spread, good staff (some more helpful than others... special thanks to Quan), good rooftop bar, decent rooms albeit it with some issues which were resolved by management (where possible). And if you book a suite, prefer a room with a shower over one with a bathtub.

This hotel has everything. The location was superb, the pillows and blankets were great, showers are hot, WiFi always worked, and customer service was top notch. Highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

An amazing hotel that is centrally located in District 1, near the lake. On Weekends, they close the main ring road around d the lake and it’s an excellent place to walk, site see and ch I’ll out even though it can get very busy. Close to excellent shopping (esp shoes much to my husband’s dismay). The staff are extremely helpful and service is outstanding. The room is beautiful and clean and well appointed (just a not for the hotel - you need some more bench space). The property exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and for the price it was an overall excellent stay.

I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. After leaving my passport on my flight, the front desk staff jumped into action and they were on the phone to Vietjet within minutes trying to locate my passport for me. Within an hour they came to the room to tell me my passport was being delivered. Later that evening, they delivered it to my room. The rooms themselves were clean and well appointed although one of the rooms was smaller and the bathroom lacked a full door or proper lighting. We shared this feedback upon leaving the hotel and the staff was gracious and apologetic. I've not seen a hotel staff be so committed to ensuring their guests are taken care of. The food at the breakfast was excellent as was the room service. They even allowed us to order after the 9:45 pm cutoff. The location is great for walking around the Old Quarter and the lake, you can't beat it. It does get loud and busy and at times there is a market in front that limits traffic but the staff has that handled as well. The bellman helped get us a car to the airport and walked the 2 blocks with all of our luggage to see us off. Again, they really go above and beyond at this hotel.

My wife and I had a fantastic three-night stay here in late October. The location is perfect! It is at the center of Hanoi, across from the lake, and within the market area. And the staff is super-friendly and attentive! We had a small issue with shower water dripping onto the bathroom floor, but the staff was very apologetic and did all they could to make amends. Our room with an outdoor veranda had some view but the lake was covered by trees., but the perfect spot to take in Hanoi atmosphere. We thought the nighttime street noise or rooftop bar sounds might have been a concern, but they were quiet by midnight. Would highly recommend!
