The “computer is running slow” I heard several times. Never an apology for my 40 minutes I spent waiting to check in. Not did I receive a hello or welcome. There was a shift change as I was waiting and neither clerk interacted at all. The room was very old in need of repairs but clean and free of bed bugs.

The lobby was clean and bright. The room numbers were small and hard to read. The room was shabby especially for the price I paid. Walls were scratched even though it seemed like a recent paint job. There was an odor in the room like it was previously a smoking room.The stuffing was coming out of the chair, the curtains were dirty and the heater looked like it had dirt in it. The room was spacious, the bathroom also was newly painted and was very clean. The sink area was large and clean and looked like recently upgraded. I was very disappointed for the quality of the place for the price, especially with the Wyndham name attached.

We needed a getaway weekend

Do what I do: CHECK room before moving in, incase ya got change rooms. 1st room--bathtub NEEDED cleaning. No problem they gave us key cars to another room. "Hey! There's MORE rooms behind the office?" Awesome! So quite back there! Unlocked 2nd room...EEK! Was someone still there? Bed closer to bathroom looked like they just got out of it! No, they hadn't gotten that far clean & readying the room; they were 4 doors away from our room. STOPPED what they were doing, asked if we'd give them 20 minutes to fix our room. "Sure, no problem." I use a cane & was getting back in car, couldn't stand that long after traveling. Two workers went in room & brought out the desk chair for me!! Nice heavy chair!! Trying to go back next month & hope to get the same room😍 There's a small pool & hope it's open when we can go back😎
