The front desk lady was very pleasant when I checked in. The room was dated but clean! The only parking directly outside my room was handicapped so it was a little inconvenient. The bed was clean and comfortable, the pillows were great and the shower had great water pressure. I didn’t see the breakfast room, I hit the road early so no comment on that. Due to live-in residents it was a little noisy but the room heater/air conditioner fan covered up the noise. Would definitely stay there again.

"You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig!" A new paint job cannot transform shoddy renovations including poor quality pergo floors. Excellent security lock on a door that should have been replaced; door lacked sealing from outside air with light streaming through cracks. The excessive use of chemical cleaners left an almost intolerable odor to the room requiring an airing for four hours just to make staying the room barely tolerable.

This hotel is an older hotel/motel that they have worked hard to remove the smell of smoke from years ago, but it also is in need of a thorough renovation to upgrade many surfaces, paint, flooring, etc. It met my needs for the stay and cost, but was only adequate.

Front desk staff was very friendly, maid service was good. Room was in much need of updating. Smoke detector was off the wall with just wires exposed, light at bathroom sink did not work and the fridge did not keep anything cold. Mold was in many areas of the bathroom. It was cheap and easy to get to but not a comfortable stay.

Look, it's a budget motel. I stay when ever I am passing through. Nice area, just off highway, food nearby. I am alway gone before breakfast so have no idea about that. Clean, bed is comfortable, TV large with adequate channels but nothing special, has always been quiet for me. Coffee in room so I can shower, brew and go in the morning. Bright outddoor lighting for your car but blockout blinds keeps the room dark. Nothing fancy.

Room should be cleaner(pain) towels should be washed- cover on one of the bed was ripped- 1 dead cricket in the room. I visit harrissonburg 4 to 5 times a year - I will not stay with you guys again.

The room was very clean and comfortable except for the shower, it was cramped and small. I'm 5ft 4in and it made me feel like a giant, I had to duck under the shower head to fit.
