The front desk rep that checked me in was so kind! There is going to be heavy snowfall tonight and if I’m unable to drive on the roads in the morning when I planned to check out she offered to let me and my children check out at 2pm if needed. So incredibly kind and generous. I use to work in hospitality and it’s not often you see that level of accommodation. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here again!

Horror day In

The walls are super thin. The TBs do not have volume limiters or a sleep timer. Housekeeping turned my heater off and I walked in to the room at 40 degrees and the toilet broken. Housekeeping “misplaced” my watch charger and management ignored my call. The grab and go is over priced, just order DoorDash. Oh and the 60 kids running around every 7am and 8 to 11am is fabulous. And the trash come by twice a week at 4:30am, avoid rooms 138-150 & 238-250.

There were mice running around my room. I had to sleep with the lights on. I didn’t get any sleep. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. When I checked out in the morning I told the front desk the situation And they offered to change my room that I was already checking out of. Then apologized for the over night front desk person for not being available. I was so exhausted and frightened and frustrated. I would never stay there again.
