+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, no lifts to get to reception, 2 flights of stairs to get there. To get to the swimming pool, down the stairs past reception & up 2 flights of stairs! No Sun lounges? Pool is ok for a maximum of 6-8 persons, but the hotel has 2 blocks of accommodation. No safety deposit boxes & no soap provided in the bathroom. Fridge in room is not designed to keep things cold, it keeps them at room temperature only. Breakfast I won’t recommend, it’s just not worth the money. How on earth this hotel could get such a high rating beggars belief.

Hope it could be better, no soundproofing. The noise of people walking outside was very loud. The air conditioner is very noisy, and it breaks when only half of it makes a sound. It has to be re-opened to use it. The hotel looks good and the food is good, but the room is not very good.

dirty and noisy

Needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink filthy typical of undercounts. Mould showing along shower and generally needs a good cleaning. Beds not as comfy as I remember same with pillows. Noise is a issue and staff should be more aware and say something. All night people outside socializing and loud in hallways and family with kids screaming in the pool at 7am. Will not return.
