The room was decent. It had the smell of paint and the doors were really hard to open and close. One of the light switches were crooked and the toilet paper holder was broken, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Also, If we kept the bathroom light on for 30 minutes or so it started to smell like something was burning. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. Other than that the staff seemed nice and we still had a nice stay.

PET FRIENDLY TO AN EXTENT! They advertise being PET friendly, but when you arrive the manager forces you sign a document stating you cannot leave your pet unattended within your room. Meaning you can’t leave your pet in your room. Being in Helen my family wanted to walk the strip at night,” but we couldn’t all leave due to this rule. Also found pubic hair in the shower and the toilet requires you to hold the handle for over a minute to flush. The room was remodeled nicely and would go back without pets.

This property is very clean and the staff is efficient and friendly. Be aware if you are traveling with a pet there are a lot of rules and a hefty fee.
