It was ok. I thought the price for the night was very expensive for the accommodations. Pool was very small and the service at the bar was painfully slow. Tried to get on roof for a drink in the evening and there were no special arrangements for hotel guests. Had to stand in a huge line to wait for a table to order a cocktail.

Great location but be aware the square Plaza Espana across the street gets a lot of action and can be noisy until late. Excellent restaurants, sight seeing and shopping close by. This is a skyscraper with great views of the city.

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

You can not charge anything to your room unless you take a credit with your credit card, After staying at over 2500 hotels this is a first. You have to tell them how much credit you want, $100, $200, $500 and they deduct it. Was never told at check in (i gave them y credit card at check in). Found out at the restaurant when tried to charge a lunch. Too many rooms, elevators are always crowded. The room was big and nice with a sofa bed. Breakfast was good but with hundreds of people at the same time. Felt a little crowded. I thought I was at Disney World. Roof top is only there for one thing, to make money. Extremely crowded. Next time will stay at a smaller, more friendlier hotel.
