Checking in is absolutely horrid. This hotel actually does not allow you access to your room until the actual 3:00pm check in time, I’ve never experienced this with any other property. Usually whatever time you get in, you check in and have access to your room. The check in process is completely disorganized, having to continuously check with the front desk. Luggage room is a nightmare. Hotel is clean and amenities are very good. Staff was nice and helpful. Just seems they can not handle large crowds or their busy season.

It’s a great hotel in a great location looking over the square. It’s beautiful, big, and busy. Units were clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight, it’s delicious and they offer a big spread. Roof top is amazing, views are top notch. The only feedback I’ll offer is to supply blankets in the rooms. With the AC, sometimes it could be too cold at night. All ins all a 5 star location.

The view of the room was espectacular. The cleanliness, the staff were pleasant and kind, the doorman were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The internet wwas very accessible and easy to understand. Transportation was also accessible due to the hotel being in the center of all. Overall; I was pleased with my stay.
