The room was clean. We arrived early and the morning staff greeted us, but said our room wasn't ready so for us to come back at 3pm or they would call us. When we came back to check in we did not even get the room we requested. No explanation on why our room was given away.

The Staff at the front desk were quite rude to my boyfriend when we initially arrived. He was not happy finding out after a long drive that the rate we were quoted en route was $80 higher when we arrived. When he tried to ask why were we not told about all of this there was no explanation. We were told we could stay elsewhere. We were both tired from being on the road so I had to ask him to go outside while I handled the key part. I feel I was overcharged and was never given a receipt and we paid in cash....

The room needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Apart from that, we had a blast. Breakfast was “Good@ could be better. Staff was very nice, I specially Mr Osvaldo.

This is my 3rd time staying here and 1st time in a cabin, I must say it wasn't what I thought we were getting. 1and a haft bathrooms for 6 person plus the cabin showed being on the river and it was not. Nice place to stay but not what was advertised.
