**Our condo has the best views, with lots of natural light, we are on the TOP floor on the HARBOUR SIDE of THE BUILDING, NOT the parking lot side of the building!** We are the ONLY condo in the building with TWO balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. FREE POOL PASS INCLUDED for our Guests and we provide a SEA PINES GATE PASS for our guests!

The free and fun trolley stops right beside our building from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Having a trolley stop right next to us makes access to South Beach as well as the Beach Club easy and convenient and kids LOVE to ride the iconic, red Sea Pines Trolley! Guests LOVE that they can park their car when they arrive and never have to get in it again until they leave (unless they just want to!).

**STRICT NO pets and NO smoking policy**

If you have any questions, please click the "ask owner a question" link or see My husband and I own and rent this condo ourselves and all inquiries are answered by us personally and promptly. We do not use a rental company that typically charges higher rates and extra fees.

We have our own trolley stop right outside our building. It is super convenient! It is free and fun and takes you to the new Sea Pines Beach Club which you have access to as our guest! The Trolleys (there are 3 different trolley lines) also go to South Beach where The Salty Dog, shopping, restaurants and live entertainment are. It makes getting to the beach easy and fun. You can also ride your bike! You can rent beach chair/umbrella set ups at The Sea Pines Beach Club for around $40 per day and $25 each day after. It includes 2 chairs, umbrella, table, complimentary towels, complimentary water and you can have food and beverages served to you right on the beach. Ahhhhh, heaven! We also provide backpack beach chairs and an umbrella if you would rather take your own!

We are located right in the middle of Harbour Town above the Harbour Town Boutiques, next to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, Gregg Russell HT playground and Crazy Crab Restaurant.

It is at the Harbour Town Yacht Basin/Marina where you have access to ALL water sports (SUP, parasailing, kayaking, power boat rental, wave-runners, water skiing, fishing charters, shark fishing, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, pirate cruises, sailing) and just a VERY short walk to Harbour Town Golf Links, swimming pool and The Sea Pines Raquet Club. It is right next to the 18th hole that overlooks the Lighthouse and Calibogue Sound.

There is a little beach area right next to the condo, near the lighthouse and you will have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, about a mile from the condo. You can take the free Sea Pines Trolley that picks up right outside our door or ride bikes.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can be converted into a King bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 50' HDTV. There are 2 balconies with BEAUTIFUL views, overlooking Harbour Town. One balcony is off the living room and the 2nd balcony is off the Master Bedroom. You can sit on the balcony, watch all the people and enjoy a drink and/or snack while you listen to the live acoustic music playing below. We have the best location and view of all condos in the building, we are on the Harbour side, NOT the parking lot side of the building! You will love the location and views! And of course, we have free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is totally modern with all new appliances, quartz countertops, and open bar area to the dining room area with 4 bar stools in addition to the dining room table seating.

We have an elevator, and our villa has a keyless entry so no keys to carry around and no keys to lose! There are luggage carts available too.

You really can't beat this location; it truly has everything. Our condo is thoroughly cleaned top to bottom between each guest.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy is strictly enforced.

Please know that during summer months especially, Harbour Town is one of the most popular destinations on the island. There are some reserved parking spaces for Mariners Way owners and guests (that's you!) or you can park in our smaller lot next to the building or the larger lot near the playground. Parking can be challenging during the summer months, especially during dinner time hours when there is live outdoor entertainment (Gregg Russell and acoustic guitar players). Your best bet is to use the fun and free Sea Pines Trolley and/or bikes. Sea Pines has the most beautiful bike trails all through the plantation, over 17 miles of bike paths. Our villa is conveniently located to most everything via foot, bike and trolley. Harbour Town has the best sunsets on the island since it faces west while much of the residential rental area of the island is oriented east, they don't get the beautiful sunsets that are enjoyed in Harbour Town!
