The main living level hosts the kitchen, dining area, living area, as well as a bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and a twin bed. This bedroom accesses the bathroom located in the hall. Upstairs on the second level are 2 additional bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms is outfitted with king bedding and en-suite baths.

Access to the back patio is off the lovely dining/living area. It is the perfect spot for bird watching and enjoying the afternoon sun and grilling out on the gas grill. This villa is ideal for families and golf groups.
