I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were very courteous and professional, particularly Gagan. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is next to fast food restaurants, gas stations and coffee shops

Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, on nous a dit que notre réservation était annulée. Ils ont pu nous en fournir une malgré tout. Nous avions deux lits, un divan lit. C’est un hôtel un peu vieux, la propreté était limite. Et que dire du déjeuner. Choix peu variés, le goût de l’omelette est des œufs étaient médiocre. La salle pour déjeuner est minuscule. Il manquait de place, nous avons mangé dehors..

The facilities were not as advertised, which was a major disappointment. The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options, and the staff seemed uninformed about them. When I needed assistance, the receptionist couldn't even tell me who the manager was. While some staff members were helpful, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. I'd recommend double-checking that all amenities are available before booking.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room I had, did not look like the picture. It seemed like a work in progress with finishing touches not done. Paint from the ceiling, an inch or more on the top of the walls. The closets did not close properly. Paint drops in the fireplace, etc. The room was not cleaned as much as I would have liked. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. The fireplace was dusty and had smears of something on it. The hotel has a lot of work to do before I would consider staying there again.
