This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel, probably 4 stars at the most. Very polite and friendly staffs however. Stay away from the breakfast buffet given very limited selections to choose from.

Very impressive hotel, well located for the first time visitor. The breakfast was expansive and excellent quality. My only (minor) problem was the aircon, which blew directly onto my side of the bed.

Up graded to an apartment. Apartment had bare cooking utensils. Was large and attractive but not very functional. Had problems with hot water for two days, finally resolved. Food very average, one night we were the only people in the restaurant. Beautiful facility, clean, good service (except for the water issue) but overall average and disappointing.
