Location, location.. close to Ben Thanh market (few minutes on foot), and surrounding restaurants. You get what you paid for I guess, we picked a no window room, and it was tiny, enough for a queen bed. The shower screen was narrow with no door, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom when we had showers, which made the floor slippery and danger, just be mindful of this. Breakfast was ok with a variety of Vietnamese and Western, including continental.

Winsuites is amazing location. The Winsuite room large and so upscale and classy! The price is unbeatable. The food is very tasty and pool bar staff is so attentive! The pool and view from rooftop is breathtaking and refreshing! The Peach tea is out of this world insanely delicious!!! I will definitely stay again and again!

In general this hotel was fine. Breakfast was limited to fairly basic food. The area outside is constantly busy as to be expected since its city center. We had a room with a good view on the top floor. We had friends in the same hotel that had a view of a brick wall. So book carefully.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The Skylounge pool and bar is just what you need at the end of the day.

Good stay, good hotel. Service was excellent. The AC works very well. Bedding and towels are starting to show their age, the room cleanliness could be better as well. However overall its still a nice hotel. I would stay here again.

This hotel was great for its value. The location is excellent. Close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Room 701 was spacious with a great view. The reason for 3 stars are: -the shower is not enclosed enough. It leaks and the whole floor gets wet. -the restaurant needs to update their menu and upgrade the quality of the food. They also should not charge extra for espresso or cappuccino when you get the breakfast buffet. -the rooftop view is amazing but the area needs updating. -the lobby smells strange. Overall an average pleasant stay. The staff is amazing. Thank you.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Saigon. It was centrally located, easy to walk places. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the staff went above and beyond.

The room smelled of mildew when we entered, and the shower had a window curtain that was moldy. Shower set up (partial glass with no curtain) makes it really hard to not get water outside the shower area even when showering close to the wall. Lighting for all mirrors was somehow challenging if you apply makeup. Gym only had two treadmills and I think one bike in a tight space, no weights. All staff were friendly except the staff at the front desk. Breakfast that we included in the reservation only had one tasty dish, better off finding breakfast elsewhere. During check out they made us wait for them to inspect the room but they did not pass us an item our friend left for us at the front desk, so that’s gone forever. That said, they were kind enough to provide extra towels since the wet towels couldn’t try and show us how to get warmer shower water (it wasn’t very hot if you’re used to hot showers).

It was a great property and it is located in an area where you can walk to all the main attractions in the city. The pool bar is fantastic and a lot of fun after a busy day sight seeing. Recommend this property.
