Overall, good place for 1 night—-shower was cold, beds were comfortable, breakfast was minimal- cereal, yogurt, breads, muffins, coffee, juice. However, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. Will use GreenTree again.

Only problem was the pillows -- large square pillows cause neck and back pain. I really dislike this trend and would not stay here again unless I brought my own pillow.

Ok

The room was clean. An issue with the floor, soft in one spot and flooring pulling away from each other. Not a bad stay otherwise. Only cereal for breakfast offered. Staff very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. We did find a dead roach in our room, but that shows that they are treating it. No live ones seen. Room was a bit loud in the am. Staff initally had us confused as to where our room was, but it all worked out. Both the night staff who checked us in and the morning staff, who kindly saved coffee for us, were extremely friendly and kind. Overall for the price it was a good stay.

The check in process felt like an FBI interrogation. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Once everyone got settled in for the night it was quiet. The breakfast options were very limited and the front desk wouldn't give me a receipt. I never got notification through Expedia that the checkout process was complete so I had to check my credit card online to see what I was charged for the night. I suppose that I shouldn't expect extra service for the price of the room, but it shouldn't thake that much effort on their part to do a better checkout. Overall, now that I know what I was charged, it was a bargain.

The price was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was limited but at this price, it was fine. We will return next year when we again travel to our winter home.

Nice Place, Foul Odor

Room was great, unfortunately there was a strong smell of cleaning products that was off putting. Breakfast was meager at mostly bagels, cereal, and yogurt.
