I reserved the room in one town and you gave me a reservation in a town 55 miles away.. got the room to take a shower and after getting in the tub in the morning come to find out there's no soap or body wash. Not to mention the bathtub needs replaced. Horrible experience

I rarely leave reviews, even when the experience isn’t great—I understand that running a hotel or motel isn’t easy. However, what really pushed me to write this is the incredibly disappointing breakfast at this place. There was nothing hot offered. No eggs, no ham, not even something as basic as a pancake maker. Just cold cereal, a few pieces of bread, and that's it. I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels across the U.S., and I’ve never encountered such a bare-bones breakfast setup. If you're going to advertise breakfast, it should at least meet a minimal standard. This felt misleading and frankly, a bit insulting to guests.

Comfy beds and a nice bathroom!! It was pretty hot when we got there & air conditioner is a little slow. But overall great stay, if I was in the area I would stay again! Front desk lady was super sweet and breakfast was not much but at least something!

The room was not carpeted, a plus when you bring pets. The mattress was extremely comfortable, there was a full length mirror (yay!), and the fridge had a freezer (great to freeze blue ice). The only thing was that the way the bath water turns on confused me, because one had pull on it very hard. I thought something was wrong.

They have the most comfortable beds. I try and stay here every time I go through Holbrook. The fragrance they are using in the rooms is way too strong. Made my eyes water. Maybe take it down a notch. Otherwise, love this place.
