Good location situated right next to Happy Valley racecourse. All staff were friendly and eager to help. There was a hotel shuttle that operated between Central station (where the Airport Express stops) and the hotel which was a bonus after a long flight.

The room and bathroom were relatively spacious, comfortable and clean. Most of rooms are facing the cemetery. The beds and pillows were comfortable. You have to walk quite a bit to get to restaurants, shopping areas and different kinds of transportation. The shuttle going to Causeway Bay was good. The mini fridge wasn't cold at all to store foods. We're concerned about food safety.

We had 5 rooms booked and was looking forward to a nice stay. But the moment we got into the room, we were surprise how tiny the room was. Apart from the bed and a table w lamp, there was literally no space to put our luggage. everytime we walk from one end to the other side of the room, we had to move the chair so we would make space. Our luggage had to be placed on top of the table, one at a time when we needed something. it was rediculous that the hotel could offer such hotel room and charge so much !!
this is the room we got for 2 people. we had to alternate our luggage on the table in order to get something. then close it off so we could walk around in the room!

evrey staff member was kind and helpful, and they gave me a vending machine voucher when i skipped the housekeeping.i thought that's a good way to encourage people to think about the planet. one thing i noticed is the room fridge wasn't cold enough for me.

I had booked a large bed and was given twin single beds. When asked to put us in another room, they said none are available and suggested for the two singles to be pushed together. Pushing two beds together to make one bed is not ideal as the beds move and uncomfortable to sleep on when there’s a break in the middle. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable.
