Location is great just a block away from Waikiki beach. Also, plenty of restaurants to eat nearby, and within blocks of popular shopping areas. Fun little game area for families, and pool to cool off at night. Downfall is amenity fees, so read fine print prior to booking. Parking garage is small but always was able to find a space.

Not renovated recently. Room had a smell. Once aired out, it was better. Had broken or dislocate parts. Customer service was not the best. At our time of usage, there was construction close by that was heard throughout the day. Worst part was the parking. Very limited. Had to go back to check in to get access to other parks of property for parking. The one thing I'll say positive is the proximity to the beach of great.

We thought the staff was really friendly. When comparing the hotels surrounded by Waikīkī resort hotel we felt as though it could have been nicer. The included “lite” breakfast was not worth it at all. It included toast, yogurt, fruit, and typically rice or eggs. They don’t include parking with your stay. The pool looked run down. It was convenient with where it was located and the hotel bar was great!

There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was a bit small and so were the beds. We asked for an ocean view room and we did get one but it was very small with 2 double beds and the beds weren’t very comfortable. My parents had a suite which was not an ocean view and was huge with separate rooms. Internet access was okay. The breakfast was great every morning and the staff was very friendly. The concierge was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. All of the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend staying at the resort.

Great location near beach. Good value. Condition of some of the facilities, and bathroom, was mediocre. Wind whistled through sliding glass door, and rattled front door. Was windy week. Bathroom window did not fully close. But beds were comfortable.

I had a pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel. First of all, breakfast was included, and I was impressed by the kindness of Rowena, Park, and Sean, who work in the restaurant. I believe they embody the hotel's image. They were the first people I met each day, and they made our day enjoyable. The room was also cleaned daily, which was more pleasant than at other hotels, making for a pleasant stay. If I ever visit Hawaii again, I'd love to stay here again.
