We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at your hotel. The perks were amazing, especially the free unlimited bottled water, the complimentary happy hour beverages, and the excellent breakfast with custom-made omelets. The suite was also excellent, featuring two large TVs, a comfortable bed, and a functional desk. We appreciated the convenient location near downtown and the casino. Furthermore, the hotel staff was incredible throughout our visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend your property to others.

We love Embassy suite hotels. This one in Hot Springs AR was great. Clean, happy hours 2 free drinks, we had dinner at the hotel ( cheeseburgers were excellent) clean rooms great service. Breakfast was also amazing

The staff was very nice. We got stuck during the winter storm had to stay an extra day because we couldn't get out of town. They were very nice. Only down fall was the room the pool is in was pretty cold.
