My family and I have stayed at this location before and have always had a great stay. The only issue I noticed was that the carpet in the room had a good amount of stains. Other than that, it was great. Hotel staff was very attentive and courteous. We will be back soon!

Every thing was good except for an issue with our room. I did mention it to guest services but they told me I had to wait till the next day to get it fixed. That we could work with the issue ourselves or to call them everytime we coiukdnt get it to work. I thought that was not normal since i thought we got a room with functioning features. It was a once stay for us.

Uncomfortable Stay

When we arrived the main elevators in the lobby were out of order. The good thing was that there was another one working just down the hall. Long story short, the only working elevator goes down (out of order) and now we’re left with taking our luggage from the 5th floor to the 1st.
