Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location. Great snacks in the room. Rooms run small since its a old hotel. Only 2 elevators for all floors including for staff use, so there can be a wait. Especially if one of the elevators goes down, which happened on check out day. Other than that, really enjoyed it.

Everything from booking to checkout was amazing. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, shower pressure was amazing and it was a quick walk to Daikin Park. We loved the glass of sparkling wine at check in and the macarons that were in our room. We were very fortunate to have our room upgraded and loved the handwritten note and bottle of sparkling that was graciously left for us. Truly a top notch experience and this will be the only place we stay whenever we need to be in or near downtown Houston

Just book the room!

I don’t think me and my boyfriend will want to stay anywhere but here when coming to HTX! 10/10! The service was phenomenal. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Lastly, the rooms are the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. We loved our stay and are already planning the next weekend getaway.
